Return Approval: After reviewing your request, we will confirm if the return is eligible. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
Shipping the Item Back: The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the return.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the cash-on-delivery payment option.
