Refund And Return Policy

At Stephen Escapes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and simple return and refund process. Please read the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return your items if:

  • The product is unused and in new condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, worn, or altered.

2. Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return, as well as the reason for the return (defective, wrong item, etc.).

  2. Return Approval: After reviewing your request, we will confirm if the return is eligible. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Shipping the Item Back: The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the return.

  4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the cash-on-delivery payment option.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued after we have received and inspected the returned item. Please note:

  • Refunds are processed via the cash-on-delivery payment method, and the amount will be refunded in cash upon the next delivery of your return.
  • We aim to process all refunds within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • If the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or if more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a full refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered.
  • Any items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the correct item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange of the defective or incorrect product at no additional cost to you.
